Stamer is a great special teamer whom we should resign. I'd like to bring back Haddad, but we are set at punt returner and we seem too deep at WR for him to ever get a shot.

Unfortunately, Jennings will probably cost too much. I'll be happy to see Pucillo and Reese go, however.

Shane Matthews QB UFA can't hurt - veteran 3rd stringer, if he comes at minimum.
Ryan Neufeld TE UFA maybe - young, 3rd TE's are nice if they're not expensive.

I would definitely try and resign Dorenbos, Stamer, Thomas, Price and Williams. Jennings will depend on price. The others don't rely matter.

The Bills have plenty of cap room and can tender as they see fit. I would tender all of the EFA and RFA except Pucillo. I'd resign all except Reese; Jennings will fly the coop.

I totally agree. Keep Stamer. If they can sign Pat Williams at a decent price, maybe there'll be enough room under the cap to keep Jennings too.
