Not sure on the accuracy of that jersey-

If you notice the AAFC logo on the jersey- that league was formed in 1946 and folded in 1949- 20 years after 1929. It was the league that gave us the Cleveland Browns, San Fran 49ers, and the original Baltimore Colts and Buffalo Bisons/Bills. The Bills were not invited to merge with the NFL in 1950.

There was a team called the Bisons in 1929- but there were no logos.

You would know more than I do about the old days. I just thought it was a cool find.

... but I did not make this I didn't even notice the name there. I was searching for bills throwbacks and found it. I don't even know how to do laundry, let alone knit a jersey from scratch.

Yeah, as I remember it, the Bisons' jerseys were pretty plain in '29, and so was the team.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

You must be pushing 90 if you were around back then
