Not sure on the accuracy of that jersey-


If you notice the AAFC logo on the jersey- that league was formed in 1946 and folded in 1949- 20 years after 1929. It was the league that gave us the Cleveland Browns, San Fran 49ers, and the original Baltimore Colts and Buffalo Bisons/Bills. The Bills were not invited to merge with the NFL in 1950.

There was a team called the Bisons in 1929- but there were no logos.

:idunno: You would know more than I do about the old days. I just thought it was a cool find.

... but I did not make this :rofl: I didn't even notice the name there. I was searching for bills throwbacks and found it. I don't even know how to do laundry, let alone knit a jersey from scratch.

Yeah, as I remember it, the Bisons' jerseys were pretty plain in '29, and so was the team.
