    Zone Original: Stephen Brandt

It's time once again for me to rant about the upcoming opponent for the Buffalo Bills. This weeks target is an easy one as the Bills find themselves going up against a franchise that has hit an all time low. Let's look at what happens when you take one legendary franchise, screw up the salary cap, mix well. You end up witha some sort of concotion that calls itself the 2004-2005 San Francisco 49ers. The front office of the 49ers should be shot for what they did to this great franchise. They were competitive last year, and now they are only competitive with Division 3 or NIAI teams. Anyone who starts Ken Dorsey or Tim Rattay at quarterback in the NFL should lose their accreditation as a NFL team. It all starts with their owner John York.

Another year of John Butler and we coulda been $28 million over, too. When TD came to town, wasn't our Dead Cap around $20 million? Eb? Clump?
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

Im pretty sure I am a better QB than Tim Rattay
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
        It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
