    When Jerry Gray joined the Buffalo Bills coaching staff four years ago, there was the perception that he was the defensive coordinator in name only.
    There was a school of thought that while Gray called the plays, it was using a game plan devised by Gregg Williams. And, as the unit blossomed last season, it was because of Dick LeBeau's input. Perceptions often can be colossal hurdles to the truth.

      Yeah it's really gonna suck when his contract is up and he leaves to be a headcoach somewhere. Hoepfully he will want to win with this team and he will stick around for a while.
