Lets face it we have seen a 100 of these posts but after this week it could look like this.

If Balt loses to Pitt they are done

If Jags lose to the Texans they are done

If NY Jets lose to NE the following will have to happen.

Next week we not only have to win but a Denver OR NY Jets loss lets us in.

SO even those Denver didnt lose this week they face Indy next week and NY Jets are playing @ St. Louis. So we are still in great shape.

No, Denver has the better conference record.

Denver, Baltimore, and Jacksonville all hold tiebreakers over us.

We only hold a tiebreaker over the Jets.

We dont have the tie with Den.

If NY Jets lose today and we win out we essentially need either NYJ or Den to lose thier final game.

At the moment, Pittsburgh leads Baltimore and Houston leads Jacksonville. Moreover San Diego leads Indianapolis, giving Indianapolis stronger motivation to bounce back next week to beat Denver. If Pittsburgh and Houston win today and New England beats the Jets, it will be a three way race next week for two slots, the Jets, the Bills and the Broncos. It would be tough to ask for better odds given the way the season started.
