Bills Number 1 Defense?
I just did a few calculations and here is how our Defense ranks in yardage and points after 15 games. If we shut down Pittsburgh next week and rack up some yardage we could get the Number 1 Ranking!
Rank/ Team/ Total Yards Allowed/ Average
1.) PIT 3867 = 257.8 yds/game
2.) WAS 3961 = 264.1 yds/game
3.) BUF 3966 = 264.4 yds/game
4.) DEN 4258 = 283.9 yds/game
Here is how our Defense ranks in Pts. allowed:
Rank/ Team/ Total Pts Against/ Average
1.) PHI 202 = 14.4 pts/game (thru 14 games)
2.) PIT 227 = 15.1 pts/game
3.) NYJ 229 = 15.3 pts/game
4.) BALT 245 = 16.3 pts/game
5.) WAS 247 = 16.5 pts/game
6.) NE 253 = 16.9 pts/game
7.) BUF 255 = 17.0 pts/game
8.) JAX 274 = 18.3 pts/game
BTW, I just want a win next week but this would be a nice little bonus indeed.
