"Most definitely, there are a lot of teams out there I'm confident that would live to have a Travis Henry on their team,'' he said. "It's just a matter of what the Bills want to do.''

he is not exactly bargaining from an advantageous position...he should be very thankful for the $1mil he is scheduled to make next year...

that being said...I'll take a draft pick and a conditional for him.

bye.

I like travis i truly do, he was one of the few bright spots in the Williams era. And its unfortunate (as is with any player) when you see your job taken. But Willis has proven to be our guy, and I hope we get compensation for Travis but even if we dont i hope he catches on somewhere and hes happy.

Henry's value has dropped from a high 2nd to a third rd pick during the season.. maybe someone will trade a lineman for his services.

I wish Travis well. I have nothing bad to say about him or his 1400 plus yd seasons.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Maybe he will go to Seattle. Alexandria from his comments will never return and is mad he did not get rushing title after failing 3 times in goalline stance and Seattle went with a QB sneak rather than trying again.

Who needs a back?
There are a few teams that could use a starter: Arizona, Miami, Oakland, SF
There are a few teams that might need a starter due to FA: Indi, Seattle
There are lots of teams that could use a good back up.

Personally, after this season I would let him go. Let him restart someplace else. You also have to ask what other backs are available.

I think he will definitely be traded. Too bad Dallas had Julius Jones emerge. I could have envisioned Drew and Travis for our first round pick back.

Maybe Arizona will take him.

Let's see what TD is made of...hopefully he can swing a good trade for him.

3rd round pick is best best case scenario in my mind. More likely 4th rounder and beyond or perhaps it can be a conditional pick...

TD better be made of common sense...TH has little trade value right now...a 4th and a conditional might be the best he can get...

I think it will hinge on the physical. TH has shown to be a consistent 1,400 yard rusher who can pound the ball and play with injuries, and he is only 26. If teams feel he is 100% recovered from the ankle injury, he might bring us more than we think. I can see a desperate team, e.g., the Fish, giving up a 2nd for him. But that is most certainly a best case scenario. More likely a 3rd and/or player swap.
