I don't like us having night games. We seem to lose and lose bad.Originally posted by notaconThe biggest thing we learned from the Bills is that they are a resilient bunch and did what they had to do to win instead of past years where they fold like a cheap lawn chair.

I believe, because of the regional nature of our fan base, that the Bills have asked the league not to schedule Sunday or Monday night games at the Ralph. It makes getting home very difficult, and late, for fans from Syracuse, Binghampton, Erie, Ontario and even Rochester - and all of the other places 2 hours and more from Orchard Park.Last edited by Jan Reimers; 01-04-2005, 05:37 AM.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

At 9-7 the Bills will be on MNF at least once. They select only teams with winning records the previous years, or New York/Chicago teams (Market size) once in a blue moon.
They probably won't play a MNF game at home unless they appear 3 times ....that won't happen unless they turn into a super bowl threat (Like the early 1990's).
Next season the schedule is loaded with quality opponents. I'll bet the Jets or NE road game will be the choice.

Ralph Wilson doesn't like home MNF games- heck- he doesn'tlike home 4PM starts. Much of his fan base drives 2-3 hours to games and with stadium traffic as it is, they get back home at 3-4 AM. Selling that ticket has been tough.
