does tom modrak still work for bills?

is he still with the bills organisation? because as talent goes hes one, if not 'the' best in the league.

i hear hes not in contention for the browns gm job which suprises me, he was a great talent spotter for the steelers and built phillys team in the years he was there, with picks of Tra Thomas, Corey Simon & ignoring the fans desire for ricky williams and drafting McNabb before falling out with Andy Reid.

Modrak is in the same cave that V.P Dick Cheeney has been in for the past 5 years. I have not heard or seen from either one of those guys
