Would it be worth the money/draft pick to pursue K Jeff Reed?

He's a Restricted Free Agent this year, but he has been great this year and has made a ton of clutch kicks, even in crappy conditions. I was wondering if anyone else thought that the Bills should make a run at him. Donahoe supposedly likes Steelers players. This would be a good one to get. Only problem is that he will cost a draft pick, because he's a RFA, and he will probably need a big contract to pry him away from the Steelers.

I'd like to draft nugent out of ohio state. He's clutch and has a leg
