View Full Version : The Colts loss yesterday was just as embarrassing as Buffalo's loss to Pitt...

Buffalo lost to Pittsburgh's back-ups- the No. 2 defense in the NFL got beat by second stringers. Yesterday, the best offense in the NFL took on a battered NE secondary that included wide receivers playing the other way and players literally signed off the street. And they didn't even manage 1 touchdown. That's just pathetic- at least the Bills forced 3 turnovers- one for a TD- against Pitt's back-ups. You can talk about NE's coaching and all that, but there is no good reason why their offense should have been completely shut down by a bunch of nobodies yesterday.

No real stars on the Pats defense.

What there is are a bunch of ok players that are interchangalbe and know exactly where they have to be and when they have to be there. Yes that comes back to coaching. This football team is really a team. How else can you put it ? They are the best coached group of "ok" players your gonna see.

Makes me sick.

Was just as embarrassing as the Steelers loss? Not even close.

Sure they have some injuries but they still have a lot of starters playing and are the Super Bowl champs. They also won the Super Bowl before with tons of starters out. They are just flat out a good team.

We played against a bunch of 2nd and 3rd stringers and got our asses kicked. There is no comparison between the two.

It was no wheres near as bad. First of all, Indy was playing on the road. Secondly, they are obviously a passing team, but were playing in poor conditions that were a major hinderance to their passing effort. NE had a few guys missing in the secondary, Pitt had essentially their whole team gone.

No where NEAR as close.......
