..I think he is one of the worste players ever to put a bills uniform on. He has, in all honosty, accounted for more loses this year than anyone else on the team. I can't think of a game where he hasnt cost us at least 4 points. Unbelievable. This guy is a disgrase to the team, the afc, and the nfl. If he is not gone after this season then i will picket outside of ralph wilson stadium.

Everyone thinks all you have to do is get rid of somebody and your problems are solved. You think Watson has done a bad job this year, I wish(well maybe I don't) that the same people could've seen what our awesome CB's of Kevin Thomas and Jason Bostic would've done. It wouldn't be pretty.

For once I'd like to have a solid secondary. Even in our heyday, we had no depth in the secondary.

That simple fact that Watson is third behind NC and AW indicates a sore need there.

He didn't cost us the game, but he sure didn't do much personally to help win it. His coverages are almost continually behind the WRs.

We don't know that. These are young guys behind him and they have had little chance to play. If Watson is "a lot better" than them we might as well cut them.


Apparently the Jets don't agree. When Winfield left the game late in the 4th and Bostic came in for him they kept going after Watson instead of Bostic.

Then I say we start all of the rookies and 2nd year players the rest of the season. Get them some work, turn it into a preseason again.

Exactly Pride! GREAT idea. Let's figure out what we have to work with next season. Also give Burns, Brown, the secondary, Josh Reed, Dave Moore and some others more time.

Was Chris Watson a Kick return/punt return specialist and then all of a sudden became a backup cornerback? Or has he always been a cornerback?

The first year Watson came here we got some injuries and Watson came in and played rather well inside a good defense. Now our defense sucks and he sucks too. I don't think we should keep him either but placing the blame on him is a mistake.

I'm with you, Typ0....he stunk as a punt-catcher but he was at least decent at CB in Cottrell's Defense.
