Gregg Williams said on Monday that Antoine Winfield suffered a lower muscle strain in his leg and with a little rest this week he'll be fine. The injury occurred on the final play of the third quarter while Winfield was covering Jets receiver Wayne Chrebet
Punter Brian Moorman has averaged 44.8 yards on 44 punts this season. His lone punt on Sunday went for 44 yards.
Return specialist Charlie Rogers needs 198 yards to tie the Bills kickoff return yardage record of 1,205 set by Eric Moulds in 1996. With his 67 KOR yards on Sunday, Rogers became only the third player in Bills history to surpass 1,000 KOR yards in a season (Kevoin Williams, 1,059 in 1998).
Larry Centers remains 100th on NFL's all-time receiving yardage list with 6,586. He is within 100 yards of five receivers and can pass Cris Collinsworth for 94th place with 113 yards.
Buffalo Bills Alumni will be at Urban Christian Ministries, 967 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, at 5:00 pm on November 26 to help distribute food vouchers and food items to families in need of assistance for the Thanksgiving holiday. Among the Alumni expected to be present are Lou Piccone, Ernie Warlick, Ed Rutkowksi, Harry Jacobs, Booker Edgerson, Jeff Nixon, Bob Dugan, Chris Williams and Al Bemiller.

"We're still in this thing. The fact that we've got another division game at home (is positive). We just have to take care of our own business. The race will eventually come back to us. This is very tight. This AFC conference is very tight. We're still in it. We just have to take care of business this weekend."

"It's frustrating at times with the ball bouncing and everything. We had our hands on four balls yesterday, two potential interceptions and two potential fumble recoveries. Those are things, again, that everybody always says happens in bunches. We need to have them happen in bunches for us. We've done a great job preventing turnovers. We haven't had that many this year. We need to take the ball away. We've got to do those types of things. Good defenses do those type of things and that's the next step for this defense"
