With no pass rush whatsoever what are they supposed to do?? QBs have all day to sit there and pick them to pieces.

Pass rush is #1 priority in off-season! Followed closely by the run D

If you build up the DL against the pass and run, the rest will follow.

I don't blame Wire,Clements,Winfield, Prieleou and even Watson at all for the pass defense being bad. They are actually playing well cosidering there is no pass rush.

I do blame Watson for consistently being 2 yards off his man on 80% of his coverages. The rest will improve as the DL does.

A poor DL is at the heart of our defensive woes.

Yes, Watson is playing badly regardless, but in a better defense with a better pass rush his poor play can be somewhat hidden.

It is amazing that the bills can be content playing 7 on 7 drills during the games... might as well put 8 DB's on the field and 3 linebackers...

It would produce the same results!

Our secondary is of course not playing as badly as their numbers imply, but I think our Safeties have pretty much sucked the bag.

if you build a DL they will come, lol the DL is the only reason everyone is passing on us.

tacklingdummy is right the dl is getting no pressure and that makes the dbs look worse then they really are. i like clements and winfield, and wire will getb etter but prealou and watson are below average and need to go.

as far as dl goes i think marcus jones will help a lot if he is healthy next year so i think the only thing they will really need to pickup is a dt probably in free agensy since they dont have a first round pick.
