Someone brought this up before and I have to agree. Tank the season and draft Sydney Crosby. Who would want to win the Stanley Cup this year, you will always have an astericks next to your name when it comes to the cup. Tank the season, draft the best young player since Mario and move forward from there.

something seems kind of fishy about that. it doesnt quite seem possible to be able to eliminate 28 teams in four rounds. Either those numbers are off, or there would have to be at least five rounds of playoffs, which would be kind of crazy.

30 team playoff would leave 15 teams in the second round..Wouldn't work.

1st 2 Rounds Are Best Of 3,

All Rounds Following Are best of 5,

And the Cup Finals Are Best of 7,

1 Team Will Have a Bye Most Likely... that or Edmonton Operations will be suspended if theres no CAP...

funny.. NHLPA also has their proposals Online.. while the NHL dont... so technically the NHLPA is letting everyone know what they want...

i should prolly change my sig to the boy pissing on NHL and the PA... because players dont want a cap.. but no cap would automatically suspend 4 to 6 franchises..
