Rumor has it that Tampa is looking for a back up to Khabibulin. Maybe a trade can come.

To Lightning: Mika Noronen

To Buffalo: Frederik Modin

He is probably the only affordable decent offensive player out there. Theres nothing wrong with the Sabres having 2 Jochen Hecht's.

modin is a big body but how old is he??he has to be near 30.i would consider sweetening the pot a little more.noronen is a young kid with a whole career ahead of him.

Not to mention he's hurt.

Star, are you gonna come in here posting crazy trades every day like you started back at BBI? No offense, but that site you get these from is full of nonsense.

Is there anything wrong with being 30? C'mon. We can't be a team full of young guys who don't know anything. Wait, we are...

:lolcry: if we're going to give up a good, young goalie we should get more than just modin in return.

Maybe you can throw in a conditional 6th

I'll give TB a bag of used hockey pucks for him

yep...........so basically, it would be Woolley for Modin. I'd do that deal

If Modin is older, thats good. He can bring some good leadership into the organization that this team needs.

He is also a guy who has one of the hardest slapshots in the league and is big and strong. He can be a force in front of the net. He can teach Pyatt a thing or two. I think it would be a great fit for this team and for Modin.
