With the future unknown, how do guys think TD has performed thus far. He has made some great moves and some not so great moves. On an A,B,C,D,F scale how would you rate him?

Low B because of the Gregg Williams debacle.

He could be a little fan friendlier too.

Solid B/B-, but if Losman develops A-.

I'll give him a pass on year 1 because he had to clean up the salcap mess.

After that his record is only 23-25. I don't see how he can get an above average grade.

At this point WM and Evans look to be very good picks, but GW/KG and Drew were colossal mistakes. In the end it is only about winning. Period. We haven't made the playoffs in 4 years and if we miss again next year, that will be half a decade. And that's simply unacceptable. I don't care what the "mess" was when he got here...5 years is an eternity in this league.

Grade: D+ (up from an F because of WM/Evans)

B-

He's brought in the talent needed to win, just made some bad coaching moves in the past.

I don't get how the guy who brought in:

Spikes
Milloy
Schoebel
Adams
Fletcher
Posey
Clements
Moorman
Kelsay
Evans
McGahee
Campbell
M. Williams
Villarrial

... and more can be given a D-. The only big mistakes he's made are Bledsoe and GW.
