I have DishNetwork and Empire is not on there, just a note saying Empire is deceasing operations.

Why would you dis MSG? Would you rather not have a network carry Sabres games?

Anywho yes Rick and Kim WILL be the voice of the Sabres, they are employed by the Sabres Broadcast Team, not by Empire. All the play by play will just be carried on a different network.

I have DirecTV and it still has Empire on, all they are playing are old tapes, documentaries...

Yes and even if the season resumes Empire wont carry it, Empire is gone for good...

Maybe they'll spilt New York right down the middle and send the Sabres feed just to the Western half of the state?

The Rangers are never shown in Buffalo except for the replays that air after midnight. WNY is Sabre country obviously. The Rangers are blacked out in Buffalo. All Sabres games will be televised on MSG regardless of the Rangers schedule.
