It's a 2004 picture of JP Losman. Obviously, they had the website, graphics, and Banners up long before they announced who was coming for 2005- let alone having the players on hand in the uni's for a photo op.

I think it is pretty easy to tell that is JP not only because of the helmet and number 7, but you can see his face pretty clear in the first pic and it is obvious that it is him...
