I am one who thinks that game is very boring. I used to have season tickets when they first started and it was great. I went to a game last year and wanted to leave. It just doesn't have the appeal anymore with me.

It was a fun game. Bandits won 20-9. Tavares (how old is that guy now, 50?) got his 500th career assist, first guy to do that ever in the NLL.

Other than that, all I can say is that Steenhuis guy has some serious wheels.

While I am starting to enjoy indoor lacrosse, I can see where you are coming from. I enjoy the sport, but there is alot of side show stuff that I guess could be done without. To me, the NLL is a combination of the NHL (checking, fights and overall layout and design of the sport) and the NBA (shot clock, music blaring DURING play, picks, man-to-man and zone defenses).

Yea it is, thats how the NLL based it and thats how people explain and relate it to new comers. Its got a little bit of everything, but the most excitement for your $$.

I love lacrosse, but I can see why the Bandits are not as popular as it was when they first started. When they were in the Aud, it started selling out halfway through the first season. The place was rocking! It's just not the same at HSBC. The arena is too big, the atmosphere is different. Or maybe the novelty wore off.
But if I'm in town when there's a game, I'll go :up:

That's the same way with the Rochester Knighthawks. They used to be very popular in the beginning, now they aren't really. People don't care. :::

I guess that NBC is only showing the all star game and the Championship game, that's it.

The Bandits will be playing at Toronto this upcoming Friday night. Should be a great game, the last time the Bandits played there, they knocked the Rock out of the playoffs in the Eastern Conferance Finals. I'll be making the trip up there with 4 other friends. Always a nice trip up to tha beautiful city. LETS GO BANDITS.

Bandits with a huge win @Toronto last night. Great game although the bandits never trailed, it was tied alot. Awesome trip, and now we got 2 games in a row VS. Minnesota which should be wins. Shaping up to be a great finale to the NLL season.

Bandits win 13-11 last night, putting them at 8-3 and the best record in the NLL. Tonight they play @Rochester in a huge game, which i'll be at! GO BANDITS!

Big game for the Bandits come Friday night against Rochester, it pretty much decides who gets a home playoff game and who doesnt. Everyone should come out to the game against our thruway rivals!

Did you hear that the guy who scored all those goals for Rochester....Mike Accursi...used to play for the Bandit and they traded him to another team who traded him to Rochester. I bet he enjoyed scoring 7 goals against his old team yesterday and knock them out of the playoffs. :snicker:

It was a fun season, but didnt end the way I thought it would. There are some things the Bandits need to work out and should be just fine next year. Plus they get a very high 1st round draft pick which they got from Anaheim in a trade, so that can't hurt at all. Looks like its time to watch the Rochester Rattlers (yea i know Rochester) of the MLL and some good old OLA lacrosse in Canada. Cheers to next year, and Phil, hope to see you at a game or two next year as well!

I just wanted to know why on Earth the coach took his goalie out of the game two different times. Both times, it bit them in the ass as Rochester had an open net to score an easy goal.

I think he was just trying to get some kind of momentum going or something. I dont think all of the goals were Chuggers fault although I dont think he played like he did all season. It obviously didnt work, i disagreed with alot of Darris Kilgours decisons this year, hopefully its better than next year.
