All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
The play of the game was on 2nd and 15 when I believe Madison smacked Moulds on the head drawing a personal foul and gave us a first down. After that play we drove down and scored and the momentum swung.
Balls:
Travis Henry. Is there any credible complaint about this guy? Every carry -he gets yardage after the initial hit. For at least two quarters, he was our total offense.
Wide Receivers. Not much good in the getting open department, but runs after catch and concentration were excellent. Clearly outclassed their Dolphin contemporaries.
Bledsoe. This is an oblique g'ball. Didn't have his best game, but his rep as a thrower was clearly evident today as you compare our defense with theirs. They respected our passing game in the wind, we didn't respect theirs. The result was that they had to defend against the run and the pass and we didn't.
Miami DB's hands. Jeesh..Can you catch? Thanks for the opportunities. A bunch of Thomas Smiths out there.
Goats.
Jay Reimersma. So long Jay. Two horrific missed blocks resulting in sacks. Both times the D'lineman made an outsied fake and Jay went for it. Both times the resulting inside move resulted in a sack. He's getting paid a ton and he's not part of the offense. See ya.
Linebackers. Fletch may end up with a bunch of tackles, but the linebackers were out of it today. Part of the problem is that we have no defensive line, but our LB's were particularyly bad today.
Dolphin GM. It would really help your cause if you got a QB, but we're glad you haven't figured that out yet.
