I voted for Ohio St./Michigan. Those two schools have a very long history of hating each other.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't think very many people outside of NY and Mass cares about the Yankees/Red Sox unless they are misplaced fans, unlike the Michigan/OSU rivalry.

Because of all the crybaby Red Sox fans. Winning 2 Super Bowls wasn't enough they had to go on *****ing about how tortured their city was cuz they could never been the skankees. **** them, I hate them almost as much as Eagles fans.

i also think that the leafs vs. canadians rivalry has for the past few years been taken over by the sens/leafs. Its amazing to see Ottawa build up each year in hopes of beating the leafs (not winning the cup). The air around here is tense to say the least during a 7 game series. The only day better than christmas is the day the leafs get beat in the playoffs (i look forward to it every year! its almost as good as a sabres victory!!)

They have the highest payroll because their owner is an idiot who will shell out over 80$ Million to a guy like Giambi... that doesn't mean they have all the best players... the Mets do :snicker:

A very underrated rivalry is Southern/Grambling in college football.

I love that game every year. The heart and emotion in the game are unmatched.
