you may officially blame the players....the owners last proposal was the players proposal of Dec. 9...all the owners did was tack on a salary cap if any of 4 triggers were hit...the players turned it down, i.e., they knew that the system they proposed would not help control salaries....Originally posted by Afinogenov61
