Are they offering to put any money into the pot? If not their begging means nothing and Donahoe ought to just do his job and ignore the beggers; Donahoe needs to look at the big picture, look at all positions and evaluate where money needs to be spent. Pat was offered a contract extension in the offseason and turned it down. And this is from someone who is a Big Pat supporter.
