1. Pat Williams, Buffalo. Now that Philadelphia has designated Corey Simon its franchise player, the top spot belongs to Williams. He's big, he's productive and he's perfectly suited for clubs playing the 3-4 defense. The only downside: He turns 32 this season. Williams had a solid year with the Bills, with 51 tackles, 2½ sacks, an interception and a fumble recovery. He's this year's Ted Washington, and teams eager to plug the middle of their defenses can't help but be interested.
