I can only remember how exciting it was when he first came here. It seemed like the team was about to turn things around. They went out and got a big name quarterback. Things were exciting back then.

Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I'll remember the start of the 2003 season... the big win against NE and then on the road against the Jag's. If i can recall the bills were in the top 3 at that point in all power rankings and it looked like the offense was unstoppable. It was fun to get the national attention and drews "revival" was in full swing. Life was good.

Unfortunately I will also remember him fumbling the ball (errr giving it to the Steelers) who then ran it in for the touchdown.. at that point I was all to aware of the fact that the bills were going to lose to a "preseason" steelers sqaud with the playoffs on the line...and that Drew's career in buffalo had to end in order for the bills to take the next step. Life was bad.

I will remember he was a stud for the first half of his first season but then stunk up the place. I will remember his great arm strength but is a deer in headlights. Wished he was more of take charge leader like Kelly. Overall very disappointed. Do think he is a classy guy.

The opener vs. NE, obviously. The other was a sideline shot of him standing next to Gilbride. He had the same look on his face that Moon had the day of The Comeback. Funny thing, EVERYONE who stood next to Gilbride gets that look.
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

The jets game, his 1st game ever in buffalo. Secondly the ravens game of this year, games were polar opposites...
