This is a really interesting video from Buffalobills.com. It gives a very good behind the scenes look at what goes on during an draft day trade and how TD works.

There are parts of it where it seems that TD and Modrak actually look worried that they won't be able to trade up.

It also most importantly shows how much the team wanted to draft Losman.

Poor John Guy had to waste time looking up phone numbers on a sheet. Wouldn't you think a team worth over 600 million dollars would have a big phone system, with all the other teams numbers programmed into it for speed dialing?

That's a definite MUST see. They also have the other part where they drafted Lee Evans and it showed Mularkey pushed to get speed alongside Eric Moulds. He said that right now, you can shut down the Moulds by double covering him.
