forget about ponying up more for henry. a starting LT is gold in this league. if the trade works out to where he is a better then avg LT for the bills this deal will go down as a steal for our BILLS

Screw restrucutring MW contract. We don't know if he has any interntion of showing up at all the mini camps and training camps in shape and mentally ready.
If we restrucutre we will only increase the cap hits over the next 2 years causing us even more problems later on. If MW shows he is committed then this season I propose an extension that relieves the MW cap hit for a few years.

We won't extend Clements this year, if we do we sacrafice improving the O. If we need to we will franchise Clements and keep him next year.

I think the NFL might get pissed if the Bills jumpstart Free Agency by a week. But who knows. Worth a try i guess.
