Reports are Moss will take #18, which was his college number. Moss actually wore it in preseason a few years ago.

do the raiders have a say in it? moss will have to but the number off porter. i doubt porter will want to give it up to the guy the guy who just took over his #1 spot though

Porter said on NFL Total Access yesterday that he's not worried about the number situation, and that he'll give it up to Randy if "he guarantees they'll win the Super Bowl now that he's on the Raiders."

Porter didn't sound like he was going to be selfish about it. That being said, Moss might not give a rat's ass and just take #18.
