BILLS: A league source tells us that rookie receiver Rodney Wright received no signing bonus in connection with the contract that he recently signed with the Bills. According to the source, the team's decision not to offer a signing bonus to the former Fresno State star resulted from Wright's recent arrest for hit-and-run following an incident earlier this year. They should not have even signed him...he would not have made the team anyway and then the accident was the clincher.
