He is tall and fast and only 25. He hasn't lived up to expectations but he was the 8th overall pick in 2001. He could be good as a 3rd option here in Buffalo.

Assuming, of course, he isn't looking for more than the vet minimum

I'd take him for a small contract...couldn't hurt to bring him in, anyway :idunno:

I'd rather keep Josh Reed. Terrell sucks and there is nothing worse than a WR that sucks with a big mouth.

Pass. Our WRs are fine.

Now, is that pronounced "TEAR-al" or "Ter- ELLE" ?

Has there been a bigger flop top 10 WR pick in the last decade? I can't think of any. Reed might still come around.

The latter.

we don't need a druggie on the team

What pick was Desmond Howard?

We need OVER-achievers on this team, not UNDER-achievers.

I would much rather let Reed be the 3rd WR, I still think he can play.

For the right price, sure I'd think about it.

we gave reed his chance, always seems to come through with dropping an important 3rd down ball. bring terrell in for cheap and ill like it. cant hurt to bring in some competition to let who ever win it, huh?

I'd take him over J.R.

Pass on Terrell. He has all the moves, for the end zone dancing. Too bad he doesn't score.

Why bring in one underachiever for another, i.e., Reed? If we're going to bring in a potential 3rd receiver, why not a guy with a good attitude and some productivity?

I agree, he has definitely been a disapointment in his career. Pass

i think david terrel would be a good fit only as number three but i wouldn't over pay for him i like alex bannister from seattle pro bowl two yrs as a special teams player had him in here last year as a restricted free agennt 6'5 215lbs under utilized by seattle

I agree. Bannister seems to have a better attitude, is a good special teamer, and could blossom into a nice 3rd receiver. I'd rather we spend our limited capital on him.

Terrell is gonna bring in big bucks. I think he is a guy who needs to play for a hard ass coach who will ground him and I bet he is successful. Not too mention the QB's he has had throwing his way. They have been less than respectable, Miller, Stewart, and Grossman. Couple of Terrell stats that go unoticed. 42 rec's 35 of them for a 1st down.
16.6 YPC and 4.1 YAC. Those are big numbers with the right coaching Terrell will be a weapon.
