Good job on Stamer and Thomas.

Whose Brown?

That leaves out Joe Burns and Mike Pucillo.

Good job on Stamer and Thomas.

Whose Brown?

He played one game last year for Bills. I think he was signed when Travis and Williis were hurt. Steelers product.

Hopefully they can find someone better in camp.

Good job on Stamer and Thomas.

Whose Brown?

Don't know much about brown. I do know we signed him off of Pittsburgh practice squad half way through the season.

And Ryan Neufeld, which surprises me more than Burns or Pucillo.

I don't know why but I still think Thomas is going to rise up. In '03 he made some really great plays, but for whatever reason he didn't do as well last year. But those plays he made were flashes of something potentially special IMO.

do you possibly mean in '02 instead of '03? McGee supplanted him at nickel back in 2003

I'm not 100% sure....I just have these images in my mind of him closing the gap on WRs and knocking the ball away...tremendous athleticism. Could have been '02....not sure.

I think it was 02 you were thinking of
02...K Thomas' rookie year
03...T-Mac's rookie year..he wins the nickel role
04...T-Mac starts when Vincent goes down...Thomas reclaims the nickel role being next in line

Whatever year that GB game was. I remember him picking off Favre.

That was the same game that Winfield leveled that one WR. I forgot his name. Might've been Freeman, but that was one of the best hits ive seen in awhile.

That was 2002...and the hit was on Terry Glenn

I am little surprised that they did not tender Burns.

I wouldn't tender Burns at $656,000 either. Hopefully, they can re-sign him

Dante Brown is a RFA? I thought he was EFA

Anyone know much about Dante Brown? I quickly looked up his stats...6'1", 215 lbs. Could it be that they see him backing up WM and being a stronger back that Shaud Williams? I'm surprised myself they didn't tender Joe Burns, but maybe Dante is faster than Burns and yet also big???

I'm still surprised they haven't tendered Marcus Price.

Oh, and Kevin Thomas is a good one to bring back. He had a broken arm last year, I believe, and still did well on coverage!

They can't tender Price. He is an UFA.

I'm just glad that Pucillo was not tendered. Hopefully he will be gone.
