According to Clumps page we would have saved around $1.2 mil by cutting him by 5pm today. Instead we are taking a $1.6 mil cap hit for a 3rd string safety?

What the heck is going on?

I hope the news is just late getting to us and the Bills did cut him. Cause if he is still on our roster I do not know what TD was thinking on this one.

I honestly don't see any reason why we would keep him for that much, I'm sure he'll be cut.

Unless he is due a roster bonus, I doubt he is due one, no need to tip the Bills hand yet I believe he is in his last year and it makes no difference to Bills cap until Bills need space (post draft pick signings) if they cut him in training camp.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but it seems according to Clump's spread sheet we needed to cut him by 3/1 to get the savings.

Here is the cap page so you don't need to search for it. (I'm so nice :D )

I never doubt the wise and mighty clump but all that does in last year is spread out money over two years (cost two years not one). Bills may figure they can afford to take hit this rebuilding year rather than next year.

BTW I think I saw an error but I am probably wrong. Sape was cut and put on PS hence does not get the amount Clump has listed.

Sape was resigned after the season.

I hope we re-structure Pri. He was great on special teams last year, and I wanna keep this unit together.

I don't think the BILLS cut anyone except Bledsoe :gag:
