    Kendall Gammon to visit Buffalo...

    He is the Chiefs long-snapper.

    Per the Kansas City Star:

"Deep snapper Kendall Gammon should be heading to Buffalo within the next few days."

Must be that Pittsburg connection - Pittsburg State, Kansas, that is. Gammon is an alum, as is Brian Moorman. Gammon is listed as a TE, but he has never caught a pass in 13 years, so he is strictly a long snapper.

Don't we already have one of those in Jon Dorenbos?
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

In fact, I think I read yesterday that we just re-signed Dorenbros. How many long snappers does a team need? Can this guy play o-line as well?

It makes no sense to me he's old and could not even play line if we wanted him to he is only 255 lbs.

                heres a link:

                  NO - He's a TE.

Can he block? Maybe that's all they want him for...as a blocking TE...

What is the big deal? I doubt he gets a large signing bonus and if he does not pan out he gets cut in camp.

A longsnapper that is 37 years old! Yeah that is going to really protect Losman this year

One big thing...yes we re-signed Dorenbos, but he had a knee injury at the end of the season...didn't he?

When does any of our QB's get behind a long snapper?

My god people, it's a visit. if it means this guy is 5% bette rthan Dorenbos- then bring him in. What's wrong with competition?

As far as his size- he's the same size as Doronbos.
