The video is very good.

-Comes across as a team player.
-Knows JP is the starter.
-He wants to be part of a winning team.

Romes pretty well summed it up. The thing I really liked is he really seems to have no ego. That's sort of a catch 22 though with most players, especially QBs. Without a bit of an ego, you are more likely to "accept" backup roles and not fight as hard to start, and thus are likely never to start. But that's absolutely perfect for our situation.

Oh - and he said "nekkid" instead of "naked" when referring to naked bootlegs. :rofl:
