the word "upgrade" would seem to fit here. I wonder if this means that they took Williams roster bonus and "converted" it over to an option bonus and stretched it out over the remaining contract...I doubt they got these guys for $625K.

i would feel much better going into the draft like this.. then anything else they do in FA is a plus.

line would be the best combination according to what Mcnally sees...

LT - Pork Chop / Gandy / Draftee / Teague
LG - Gandy / Tucker / Pork Chop / Draftee
C - Teague / Tucker / Draftee
RG - Villareal
RT - Williams

i would be happy with any combo for the most part.. pending production of coarse.

and also, i would hope that Euhus and Campbell will be ok from knee surgery.. adding rivers to that is pretty solid. Campbell is a great blocker, and an adequate receiver. Euhus looked decent as a receiver.. no chance to really gauge his blocking.. and Rivers is another redzone receiver threat.

I've heard about Womack and would be excited if he comes to Buffalo and definetly think McNally can turn him into something special.

However, what is the big deal about Marcellus Rivers ??

5 catches, 36 yards and 1TD and i was talking to a freind in NYC and he said he's mad if its true cuz he liked Rivers, but is he gonna have any other impact besides special teams here ??
