    Favre NOT retiring

He's coming back for another season at least.

Glad to see him coming back next season. He hasn't lost much of a step so it won't be too sad to see him play again. Good for the fans.

I guess his wife has been doing well with cancer recovery so he is giving it another go.
He has a tough couple years. His bro-in law dieing, dad dieing wife getting cancer and reggie dieing thats a tough load.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
    It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

He is, by far, my favorite non Buffalo Bill. The guy just drips of class and character!

I love watching him play. The packers are my favorite NFC team as well.

and Seattle ... don't forget how awesome he was there!

I am guessing that Rice is an incredible locker room presence. He has seen it and done it all so I bet he is an awesome teacher. I don't know that I would sign him to play but I wouldn't think twice about signing him to coach.

While they aren't my favorite NFC team, I completely agree! He's a funny character to watch..he simply loves the game!

If the Bills aren't destined to win it this year, hands down I want him to win it and go out like Elway. He deserves it.

You have to wonder....if you have to make announcements or have press conferences to say you aren't going to retire, is there maybe some sort of message there that you should?

I think BAM should make an announcement that he's not a male slut.

                              I know that.

But Elway retired right after winning his 2nd, which what I'd like to see Brett do.
