I do agree that Dallas needs and should go for a DE, but I think the best fit for them will be David Pollack. He looks more like the type of guy that Parcells would like.

Alex Barron, OT, Florida State. The Cowboys are supposed to acquire Saints DE Darren Howard for a 2nd round pick so taking Erasmus James here doesn't make any sense.

perfect LB/DE tweener for their 3-4. Kind of a John Abraham type. they would be very upset if they missed Derrick Johnson by 1 pick. They need LB's. Johnson is that good, so they wouldn't pass himup... and they would have taken MW or BE had they beent here... but Merriman makes the most sense here and may be the best fit anyway.

Dozer... why a DT? the just signed Ferguson and they still have glover... both are a bit older but Parcells seems to have a win now attitude and picking a DT for the future seems strange.

They won't go with Barron. Pollack had an interview that said virtually every team that has talked to him has asked him about playing an OLB is a 3-4 scheme. Personally, if Dallas does the rumored trade for the Saints DE and sends Dat Nguyen to New Orleans, they are going to need some LB depth. However, they still need D-line depth as well. That leaves:

Sawhn Merriman, LB, Maryland.
