Ray Lewis isn't #1 anymore. Farrior is the top ILB, but he plays a 3-4 so it's hard to judge him.

Donnie Edwards shouldn't be last, maybe switch him with fletcher. I normally would disagree with Wilson being 3rd, but I'm remembering that play where he stuffed Tyrone Wheatly.

No doubt Spikes is #1 OLB. Farrior should be #1 ILB.

I didn't put Bruschi on the list because he's probably going to retire.

He as many superbowl rings as all the other ILB combined. Must be doing something right. He is the best imo. Teams gameplan specifically against Ray Lewis.. last time I checked teams weren't gameplanning specifically against James Farrior.

You do know what an ILB is don't you? As for Bruschi do you see him on my list? He's not on my list because he's probably going to retire.

Julian peterson is def the top outside linbacker.

Peter boulaware aint even top 25 let alone top 10.

Peter boulaware aint even top 25 let alone top 10. I don't get your logic. Both guys were hurt last year so I'm not going to include there stats but the 3 year totals (01-03) here is what we're looking at.

Peterson 245 tackles 12 sacks 3 INT 4 FF 3 FR

Boulware 198 tackles 30.5 sacks 1 INT 7 FF 1 FR

Like I said I don't get your logic. If Peterson is defintely the top OLB then why isn't Boulware in the top 25?

I'd take Flethcer over any of those MLB's anyday. He might not be the best one, but he does NOTHING that hurts this team, NOTHING, and he came here during an uncertain time, no criminal or domestic problems, no selfishness. He's a leader and a playmaker and quiet about it all. As far as talent AND loyalty go, he's number one in my book, he can stay forever.

Ray is not as good as he was in 2k, and not up to his hype, but he is still a great LB. i don't think anyone is much better than him, dunno if he is no 1 tho (honestly don't know who is tho).

spikes is fo sho the best OLB in the NFL, and he is the best LB, and along with peppers, ed reed, and one or two other guys the best player on that side of the ball in the NFL.

Spikes is a player who does nothing to hurt his team, and makes the whole team better, and makes plays that other players just can't make (if we had a different D and he rushed the passer, he could get 10 sacks a year EZ, instead he lets us be more aggressive with our safties and is a terror in coverage).

the way that cowart played at the end of 99 or 2k before he got hurt is how i think of spikes, the only question is where do we use him to help us the most
