View Full Version : Can we do a Billszone mock draft now?

This is the way I am thinking. We need 16 members for a three round draft. Everyone gets 2 teams and the teams will break down like this:

San Francisco - New England
Miami - Philadelphia
Cleveland - Pittsburgh
Chicago - Indianapolis
Tampa Bay - Atlanta
Tennessee - NY Jets
Oakland - Minnesota
New York Giants - San Diego
Arizona - Denver
Washigton - Green Bay
Detroit - Seattle
Houston - Baltimore
Carolina - Jacksonville
Dallas - Buffalo
Kansas City - St. Louis
New Olreans - Cincy

Shall we say you get 12 hours to make your pick or the best person available is selected? I think we can find enough members to have some fun with it. We will start as soon as all the teams are selected. I will take the last teams available. Only sign up if you are going to participate.

That's a great idea....no more than 12 hours per pick. And we'll be done right in time for the draft. I'm in.

I think a great idea for BillsZone would be to run a GM League here on the forums. We have 32 owners all managing a cap. It might be a little late, but FinHeaven has one and it's alot of fun. I could help run it and get it started. Just an idea! I'm having a blast with it on FinHeaven.

I'm all for that. If anyone knows how to get into a GM league, let me know.

To make this go quickly I would say no.

It can still go quickly. Just give a person a time limit to either have a trade in place or make a pick. The problem is letting people take all day to make their pick.

:posrep: the trades should have to make some sense though.

Yeah Mike, the trades should make sense, of course.

I would say trades should be limited. I would also prefer to set a date that all owners are available and do the draft. It wouldn't take much longer than a few hours IF everyone was available.

Don't we know it, eh clump? Though, to be fair, it did only take about 3 hours per round this year, MUCH faster than last year!

Hey can't we edit old posts anymore? If that is the case, one of the mods is going to have to edit this stuff.

San Francisco - New England - gonzo1105
Miami - Philadelphia
Cleveland - Pittsburgh - MBBedard
Chicago - Indianapolis
Tampa Bay - Atlanta - tampabay25690
Tennessee - NY Jets
Oakland - Minnesota - mysticsoto
New York Giants - San Diego - clumping palates
Arizona - Denver - McClane
Washigton - Green Bay - Shadow Hawk 7
Detroit - Seattle
Houston - Baltimore
Carolina - Jacksonville
Dallas - Buffalo - The Spaz
Kansas City - St. Louis

I would say no trades, that always makes for crazy happenings.
