To be honest if I were TD id trade Henry for Shelton. In the Draft id work on another weapon for JP and then add depth on defence (CB/SS/DT).

Perhaps add 1 more va free agency.

TD knows he can get AZ to switch in the second Rd on draft day. And that difference in position allows us to grab either one of the better guard/centers or Matt Jones or a CB.

I think Henry is worth more then Shelton and to trade him stright up would be foolish, I know Henrys value this year is not as great, but thats only because the field in both FA and the draft are so deep. You should consider keeping Henry, even though his posturing indicates he will sit out if not traded, I doubt he would lower his value by doing so.Besides he's an excelent insurance policy incase McGahee goes down. You could use Shelton for sure but don't get taken just because you need a position filled. Thats probably why TD hasn't traded him to the Cards yet.
