Who is really making decisions in Arizona?

I know that Denny Green is the head coach, but is he the GM as well?

I thought Rod Graves was in charge of "football operations" and would very likely be the one with the final say in the Shelton deal.

I know that we heard from Green what the Cardinals won't do....but is that necessarily the final word?

Just thinking that maybe the real deal is between TD and Graves...not TD and Green.

Could we still see a 2nd round pick swap?

I shook my magic 8-ball and it says: "All signs point to yes".

I think Rodd Newhouse helps out, but I'm pretty sure Green oversees everyone.
