All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host. Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

Mike (Tuscon, AZ): What will Arizona do now that Kurt Warner has come -- RB?

Todd McShay: I'm hearing that the Cardinals will get a trade down with the Bills in the next few days. The Cards will send Shelton and their second round pick (44) to Buffalo in exchange for RB Travis Henry and their second round pick (55). If that's the case, cornerback will be the Cardinals top priority. It will likely be either Antrel Rolle or Pac-Man Jones.

This is great news! I hope he is right. If he is TD in my mind made up for the slow start to FA.

Usually he's pretty good. He's a member of Scouts Inc., which is a 3rd party scouting service that contracts with a number of teams. He is Mel Kiper Jr. without the name and big hair.

I don't know how much inside info he has about current NFL transactions, but he knows his draft stuff.

Oh. Hmmm. Kiper generally just keeps on yapping and yapping and yapping until everyone eventually hears something they want to hear. Special talent, really. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until circumstances dictate otherwise.

This would be a wonderful trade for Buffalo if for no other reason than we get to move up near the first round. I'd be happy with a straight up player for player trade just to get some useful long-term value for Travis. Pick swaps would be an added bonus.

Still searching for that offensive rhythm.

NFL Total Access also is saying that this deal will get done. No mention of the swap of picks though.
