You guys may criticize Golisano, but it's hard to argue with a cash deal not contingent on any Government aid, isn't it?

Mr. Golisano looks better and better!

It's naive to think that Golisano would not need revised T & C's on any existing HSBC agreement.

The answer to the question you have been asking all day, Joel Giambra, according to sources at the table, Golisano's was an all cash bid predicated on no taxpayer subsidies. Obviously, at some future date concessions having to do with the day to day operation of the team would be subject to further negotiation.

That last link from Clump's thread reads like loser's sour grapes.
