Seriously..
This is definitley not good news. He would of been an absolute perfect fit at #3 for us IMO, and would of saved us a likely late round draft pick. 1 year, $800,000?? Damn, we should of definitley snatched him. :mad:

WHY OH WHY does the coaching staff still hold out hope for Josh Reed?

BE HONEST...there is NO WAY anyone can make the argument that Reed is better than Bradford.....

Actually, he's relatively cheap to keep as backup, but I would start bringing in others to compete for the position now AND next year. If we don't get Matt Jones, I'd like a Larry Brackins in the 4th-5th. With a little grooming, he might even eventually replace Moulds. But right now, he'd be very raw and used sparingly - maybe as a 3rd receiver in end zone situations where he can use his height.
