I think that Sam Wyche could turn out to be one of the better hires the Bills have ever made. The connection that he has made with Losman will pay dividends. Losman's work ethic is very impressive and shows that he is willing to do whatever it takes to win. I am REALLY looking forward to watching this kid play.
Nice PFW article on Losman

Very good article.
I'm particularly impressed by what it says about Wyche's coaching style and by the way that JP has taken to learning the things that he needs to learn off of the field.
I think Wyche also put his finger on exactly what it is that we Bills fans should all be looking for as we watch JP at the beginning: "getting out there and in 40 seconds, getting everything organized and called and executed and understanding why we’re doing what we’re doing, so he can get out of a bad play." That will be the key. And, I think he's right when he says, “I’m sure there will be some Sundays that we watch the process of trial and error, and the learning curve causes us to pull our hair a little bit”--we're all going to have to be a bit patient with JP as he goes through the learning process. But, if he is the "natural quarterback" that Wyche thinks he is--and he's seen enough of them to know--then, we should end up being quite happy with how JP will end up playing as he gains that experience that he presently lacks. Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. And, thus it was that they surrendered their freedom; not with a bang, but without even a whimper.
