Second best football league

Which would you say is the second best football league, in terms of quality of players? CFL, NFLE, AFL (Arena), or NCAA?

That is Gibberish the NFL is the best of the best there is really NO weaknesses the difference between say Arizona and New England is really very little. the game is 90 % mental and schemes any NFL team would exploit the weakest link of any college team.
But the second best league has to be NFLE they are second tier players

The CFL and NFLE players are the ones that couldn't make it in the pros. USC for example has many players who will make the NFL and some that will actually be star players.

I think they should have a "Battle of the Second Best" playoffs. Send the best 2 teams from each league and play it out.

I bet that would get seriously awesome TV ratings.

No doubt, college football is great. I might like college football better than the NFL. I can watch almost any college game, I have to really be into watching any NFL game.

And while of course I love USC, I highly doubt they could beat an NFL team. Even backup NFL players were great college players.

with arena im assuming the best division, the one that buffalo formerly had the destroyers in, and with college, most likely division 1-a right??

I would have to say that big time college football is far better than that of the CFL..not only due to the quality of play but also I personally enjoy 4-down smash mouth football as opposed to the wide open passing of the cfl game. Also... the CFL draws off the CIAU (all the top prospects do not generally stay in Canada for University when given the chance to play on a free ride down south) and the second tier of the NCAA's talent pool. Although I am a CFL fan I must admit that I would most likely watch a top 25 NCAA game instead of TSN's Friday Night Football.

I voted for NCAA football as a close second to the NFL. The overall skill-level and athleticism make the NFL the best. Its great to watch your favorite college players develop into stars in the NFL. I must say that the NCAA rule for pass interference is superior,though.

Hands down its college, by a friggin landslide. And college football might even be just as good as the NFL if they would ever institute a playoff type formatt.
