Really now Patterson who you say sucks was picked in the 1st round by the Eagles so chew on that.

I like the picks.

1. It tells me that they like the OL. If OL were drafted early it would tell me that TD and company were looking for rookies to come in and start right away. Is a 2nd or 3rd round O-Lineman really going to come in and be better than what's on the roster now? I doubt it.

2. Should give JP more confidence. Especially Everett. JP is going to be more of a dinker and dunker than the long bomber Drew was. He's going to need a big target to go to over the middle.

3. From Miami. Seems like they are never busts...

Guys, let's take some deep breaths and try to think positive. Remember, JP isn't going to need a fortress in front of him like Bledsoe does. Combined with a very good defense, great special teams, a great RB, and now a lot of offensive weapon options, this team will be a superbowl contender if the line can be at least average. I think McNally can make it happen.

oh yeah....ANOTHER team need.

TD must have seen Parrish and Everett as superior to the linemen who were still available in rounds 2 and 3.There are plenty of O linemen left who will be better values in today's later rounds.

The personal attacks stop now, and day 2 starts, there are far too many OL left to get upset yet lets sit and wait and have fun

In today's NFL, you draft to meet future needs as much as present needs. Chances are Moulds will be gone in 2006

You're replacing Moulds with a smurf?

I don't think so.

I tried to post this earlier and the site froze on me...
What's more important..L & R tackles or a TE? Aren't the better players scooped up early? What part of that is so hard to understand? There had better be some very good players left to fill our needs on the line. There had better be a good kicker in the mix, too. And I still don't like Teague at center. :cynic:

 We got a center! :bravo:

:snicker: They haven't had a good WR in 3 years, and everyone at UM knows it. Only Bills fans don't know that. They just see the name UM, and jump for glee.
