With most teams around 15 players strong hows your team shaping up? Did you get screwed by another team picking the player you wanted 1 pick before you were? Have you changed your strategy from the beginning? Did you have a stategy in the beginning?

Here's my team

QB Carson Palmer
RB Kevin Jones
WR Ashley Lelie
WR Anquan Boldin
LT Orlando Pace
LG Steve Hutchinson
RG Jermaine Mayberry
RT Jon Runyan

DE Richard Seymour
NT Jason Ferguson
DE Michael Strahan
OLB Joey Porter
ILB Jamie Sharper
CB Nate Clements
FS Brian Dawkins
CB Dre Bly

I like my offensive line and defense. I got some young guys at the glamour positions. Overall I like what I've done so far. These rounds right around here the most important part of the draft in my opinion.

I like your glamour positions and defensive line Devin.

Yeah you have a ton of picks in this round so you should have a nice team by days end.

Seems like Super Deuces and I are the only 2 teams leaning towards going to the 34.

I'm pleased with what I got so far. I started with a strategy of building the lines first and then changed it up a bit. I have a few more players that I'm looking at for my team and then I will be pretty comfortable with my starting roster.

Nice roster. Your defense is developing nicely and your offense is pretty scary. Just one question though....Are the two $10 million picks starting to hurt your cap yet? Don't forget that the price goes up each year for them. :snicker:

Yah there hurting me, I couldn't pass it up though, TO for a 6 and a 8. I just couldn't do it. After one season, we'll see if TO's happy with his team.

16.9 - There is a $10 million cap on all salaries in the BZFL. Therefore, players with an initial salary of $10 million may be signed for as many years as a BZFL owner desires at the $10 million salary level. Another example would be a $5 million initial salary player signed to a 7-year contract would have salaries of $5 million, $6.5 million, $8 million, $9.5 million, $10 million, $10 million and $10 million for the respective years.

Cant play a player more than $10 mil a year

Devin
04-28-2005, 12:17 AM
yeah I wanted youth bad, a nice young athletic line. But Snee was my pick because of his run block skills and ultimatley I think next season he will be graded even higher.

looking at all the rosters there are no weak teams all teams are strong in their own area and solid in others, it will be interesting to see how the computer plays the games
